Named for Joseph H. Billings, the proprietor of the Billings Sheepskin Factory. This is a large city park in West Roxbury that is used for local sporting and community events. It has basketball and tennis courts as well as a playground. This is one of the parks that used to get flooded in winter months to provide for public ice skating facilities in metro Boston.
